Carbon Bloom has no overt association with any groups or ideologies. It's worn by many Runners, across many crews. The style itself is a classic Runner motif—stolen UESC spec ops baseline highlighted with pops of color meant to remind all who run that there is vibrant life beneath the grey expanse of endless suffering one must endure to thrive as a disembodied consciousness burrowed into the bio-cybernetic wiring of a manufactured existence.
The grey is simply a shell—literally and figuratively—protecting the violent wonder that dreams inside.
