OVERVIEW: The CYAC RUNNER RECRUITMENT INITIATIVE [C.A.R.R.I.] is designed to facilitate teamwork within a crew by rewarding RUNNERs who engage with collaborative actions to bolster their crew's performance and chances for success. The C.A.R.R.I. program was developed based on CYAC's insight into RUNNER activity on TAU CETI IV as a means to improve efficiency. The better RUNNERS are at running – as a crew or individually – the better they will be at surviving. To that end, CYAC views reinforcing the value of teamwork as a universal win. Emphasizing crew efficiency leads to improved lethality and survival rates. As crews improve, so then do the individuals within those crews, and so do CYAC's profits. By extension, solo running increases productivity from lessons learned via coordinated crew-based running. Every experience or lesson informs the next, until RUNNERS, as a whole, are more finely honed to tackle the dangers of TAU CETI IV. RISK MEETS REWARD: CYAC understands RUNNER motivations.
