In its infancy, cryogenic sleep research faced many ethical hurdles. Survival rates in early trials were low in both human and non-human subjects, and even once lethality decreased, side effects were often extreme. Many participants opted out after their first exposure, and there were few options for 'locking' participants into extended trials. Luckily, public education on the subject, alongside increased participation incentives, improved return rates.
[From "Cryogenic Sleep: An Overview for Practitioners" by E. L. Singh]

When I speak people turn away. They Lack belief and hold ego-self with grasping fingers begging to stay awake
it is soulsick selfishness to keep the terrible secret to myself. I will not hold them back from salvation!

Close their eyes
. . . . . . . .
to reveal truth and better they drown than writhe in ignorance!
[From "The Journals of the First Sleeper"]

Death-sleep is a gift. It provides a pathway to insight that is otherwise unknowable for the only-living. And while it is the organism's responsibility to crawl tirelessly down that bloody pathway, even more imperative is the duty to guide others. This is its own route to insight, which we at Arachne hold as most sacred.
[From "Arachne: Foundations of the Movement"]

With mathematical precision, excise pity from your heart.

To protect from destruction, to prevent annihilation, is true cruelty. To lovingly destroy, with vicious tenderness and unflinching resolve, is compassion.

This compassion must be available to all.

One must forge the audacity to kill the gods and wear their skin.
[From "Edict of the Fourth Arm"]
