3. Deployment is irreversible until Shell Debt is paid, unless prior arrangements have been made with a Sponsor.

Section 58.1: Identity Ownership
The Applicant hereby agrees to the following terms regarding the use, reuse, and storage of their digitized identity schemas, memories, psyche, subjectivity ephemera, artifacts of self, and all other assets that currently or in future discovery can be reasonably identified as aspects of the mind (hereafter "Consciousness Assets"):
1. The Applicant maintains ownership of their original Consciousness Assets which are preserved in secure CyberAcme storage. All copies of said Consciousness Assets are owned jointly by the Applicant and CyberAcme.
2. CyberAcme may for any reason decide to transfer, duplicate, or store copies of the Applicant's Consciousness Assets, without further consent or notice. Such operations are confidential and may or may not be shared with the Applicant.
2a. Any active Consciousness Assets deemed counterproductive or detrimental to the Applicant's obligations to CyberAcme may be altered or erased without further consent or notice.
3. CyberAcme will hold no legal or fiscal responsibility for degradation of Consciousness Assets, original or copies, regardless of cause.
4. The Applicant will be informed of any unintentional, irreversible damage to their original Consciousness Assets. Reasonable restoration and recovery attempts will be made. What constitutes a "reasonable attempt" is defined by CyberAcme.
